I have mentioned scooters before. yesterday i, twice, saw something i am not able to identify. there was two and three persons on 2 scooters, one person on each scooter was holding an IV bottle? it was too fast for me to determine if the IV was for the rider or the cycle?

any reader have an idea? i will keep my eyes alert today!
