Siem Reap

This has been one of those great days. We didn't go on the optional tour to Banteay Srei Temple and slept in. Got up when we woke up and had a leisurely breakfast. Ot took off on a walk and Georgia and I had treatments! I had a foot massage, mani, and pedi. Georgia had her hair done. We came back to the hotel for more relaxation and finally a glass of wine.

The afternoon tour was so much fun. We started by going to a floating village on lake Sap Toale. This lake goes from 1,000 square miles in the dry season to 10,000 square Miles during the rainy season. The village was very interesting. The people keep moving it as the water recedes. some of the pictures attached are of the boat ride and of the village.

When we got back to solid ground we climbed on a water buffalo cart ride. Such fun!

Tomorrow we head to Angkor Wat and Angkor Thom. A full day with more pictures....I promise!
