Greetings! We are steadily eating our way north through Vietnam, but wanted to update everyone on our year-end sojourn in Cambodia, which included two stops: Siem Reap--site of Angkor Wat--and Phnom Penh. On the Loose

Jub and Anna

After both spending four years at law jobs in the States, we decided to pick up and travel around the world last October in search of adventure and whatever else comes our way. We must have gotten lucky when we were in Cambodia because there weren't too many people there with us! We loved Ta Promh too. So cool.

I wasn't kidding
So, I hadn't checked in on your travels for awhile, but I was compelled to when I read a recent New Yorker article about a couple, one of who was on a sabbatical from her law firm the other a drug mule (ok, it's not a perfect match, as far as I know), who met in Tibet, got married, told their lives back home to forgeddaboutit, traveled the entire Asian continent, probably 50 times by now and have become famous writers of cookbooks. Alright, I think you can pick another genre, but I do think there's something in this for you.
