Cambodia was an experience; went off to see Ankor Wat, loads and loads of temples in the jungle. To get there is a ten hour bus ride from bangkok. They have no roads into Cambodia, just dirt tracks. So as you can imagine it was a pretty bumpy ride, for hours and hours! Unfortunately our malaria tablets made Flick really ill so it wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been. After being driven from temple to temple via tuk tuk in the heat we were pretty templed out! So we decided to have a nap on one of them. Our tuk tuk driver was a bit confused when we spent over an hour at this one temple and only up to 15mins at each of the others. We just made out we really enjoyed that one. It's surprising how comfortable stone can be!

We stayed in Cambodia for two days then made our way back to bangkok. Ended up having to stay in Bangkok another night cos the sleeper train up to Chang Mai was full. We stayed in Chinatown area of Bankok this time, never again! We were stared at soo much. Everyone was Chinese apart from us! Felt really strange.
