Planning for Africa 2010

OK, rather than putting the same stuff in many emails, I put it all together here. Planning for Africa 2010 is pretty much done, only things not determined are what to do when I have a few days in a city. I have paid deposits for pretty much everything except flights from SYD <> JNB and JNB <> NBO.

Sat 17/07/10 - Fly SYD > SIN, catch up with a friend there for a day

Mon 19/07/10 - Fly SIN > JNB early, then JNB > NBO

Tue 20/07/10 > Sat 24/07/10 Maasai village stay and help with project ($750US)

2 days Nairobi sightseeing

Tue 27/07/10 Fly NBO > KGL, start Rwanda tour including seeing gorillas ($1200US including 500 for gorilla permit)

Fri 30/07/10 Fly KGL > Kilimanjaro > Moshi

Sat 31/07/10 & Sun 1/08/10 - Private tour to Lakje Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater ($1000US, less with more people)

Sun 1/08/10 > Tue 10/08/10 - Kilimanjaro climb http://www.ultimatekilimanjaro.com/routes.htm#lemosho ($1885US), bus Moshi > Nairobi

Wed 11/08/10 Fly NBO > JNB, sightseeing

Fri 13/08/10 > Sun 15/08/10 - stay in Soweto

Tue 14/09/10 > Fri 17/09/10 Sightseeing around Cape Town including diving with great white sharks ($150US)
