When I graduated from University in December 2004, with my Master's and Bachelor's Degree, I decided that I wasn't ready to settle into a lifetime job in the U.S.A. We were the first guests in a new hotel in historical Bagamoyo... this was the view from our room.

This area used to be a night club... now we had it all to ourselves while we waited for dinner.

We tried to go to a nearby swimming pool for the afternoon, but were turned away because of Eid celebrations... Luckily, our hotel provided Hami with her own private pool.
