A Day of Culture

Had a lazy day around Mossel Bay. Visited the local museum complex which is based around the visit of Bartholomew Dias - a Portuguese explorer who found the area in the 1490’s - I’m sure its changed a bit since he was here. We toured a replica of the boat he sailed on - it seemed tiny compared to the journey he must have made. Visited a couple of small beaches in the area which seems very industrial and not very holiday-like.
