Wow - how impressive!!
It's always so good to read about your travels, and particularly this one about Africa. Sounds wonderful, particularly with the family together, experiencing it all at the same time. As you probably know by now, we're moving. The sale of the house should close on August 1st. We're very excited about moving closer to the kids and grandkids, but a little sad to leave our special retreat here. Take care, and I'll write when I can. Just too many lists with too many things to do on them right now! Luv and hugs, Kathy and Lee

So many life altering changes have been happening in our lives as well and we can't wait to share them with you. Have a great time in Egypt and say hello to all our mutual friends and family in France when you get there. Lots of gros bisous, Lyne

Keep the blogs coming!
Hi all: Wow - what a great adventure in South Africa! I have grown to love these travel stories SO MUCH - and look forward to the next one. South Africa sounds wonderful - especially the animals! Things keep plodding along in Seattle - the summer has been a blur so far. We have a hectic schedule! I leave Sunday at o'dark early for my first kayak trip to Stuart Island in the San Juans - I can't wait. Then, a week later, we are going on our family kayak trip to Ross Lake - the first trip for TR and the boys. I hope they love it as much as I do! We have decided to take a real vacation to Hawaii leaving 8/14 and returning 8/24 ... did I already tell you this? What is your return date ... I am so anxious to see you all and hear in person about your adventures! It's been HOT here, but I'll bet not as hot as Egypt! We are getting a few days of blissful sprinkles this week - who would have thought I would wish for rain here! Miss you all and wishing you safe travels! Love, Patty
