Letaba Rest Camp is one of our favorites because of the abundance of trees including some impressive palms, river views, and a bush feel in the campsite. Because of this it is as very nice place to see many different types of birdlife right inside the camp.
The general game outside the camp was plentiful but for those in seach of "big teeth" animals, they were not as prevalent. Jerry and Tom saw no lions, we saw three.
Still, when you get away from the camp and out on the roads you can see incredible night sky, hilly vistas, and sunsets. Beautiful area !
