Quick update

Hey everyone this is just a quick update to let you all know that we have arrived safely in Nairobi, Kenya and have met up with Anita (my niece) and her husband Ryan to get ready for our 30 day overland trip starting Wednesday.

We have checked into our accommodation at the wildebeest Eco camp on the outskirts of Nairobi and are staying in deluxe tents. Now when I say deluxe tents I actually mean it this time...yes as hard as it is to comprehend these tents have flush toilets and proper beds so no pit toilets tonight.

We will spend the next couple of days getting sorted so will update this blog when we have some news...until then signing off
