After 3 weeks of almost non-functional internet, we finally have a faster connection at work. Very glad of this as it means I am now able to look up articles and reliably send emails (obviously essential when doing research and when your boss is in another country!!). And, perhaps more importantly, am now able to post the rest of the Lamu photos. Enjoy! Love, K x

2007: Procrastinating from real life and the prospect of more exams for a year. Living in Kilifi, Kenya with my sister Brigid, working in malaria research, learning swahili and travelling round east Africa. 2008: Back in Australia, back at work, and spending most of my time out of work studying for exams in March 2009.
