Crossing the eastern part of Egypt en route to Jordan. Shorty passed under the Seuz canal. Wow we did not even see water. There were guys with guns everywhere (this is not unusual for this part of the woods) but it did feel a bit more serious.

We were most excited today when we saw a tree. We really have not seen a blade of grass since Khartoum Sudan which seemed like a real time ago.

Dunny roll in hand!!.. Interesting thing is the deserts in Northern Egypt are granite, solid thus no hole. Who would have thought no sand!!

Yep... this is the Bush.. Yep the burning bush that Moses sat next to and got the 10 commandments from God himself. I am happy to report it is still growing happily and seemed to be a black berry bush. Nice one! Lucky its not Australia otherwise it would have to be removed.
