The Bill and Melinda foundation tackle global issue while also focusing on the problems at hand in countries that may not be developing countries. the Bill and Me,inda gates foundation work in all six of the seven continents. There are different divisions that help with different global issues within the Bill and Melinda gates foundation. The global health unit helps give vaccines to countries who need it. They also work with NGOs that do similar things for example doctors without borders. Another division to the foundation is that they have a U.S division that primarily focuses on getting students to graduate from high school. They also have a global advocacy which goes to other continents and informs them about the issues that the world is facing. They are able to all of this with grants. Grants either come from the government or they come from private donators. I think this is a good foundation because they are not only using their knowledge about other NGos and applying it to developing countries, but they are also improving this one as well
