Wow it's been awhile since I last posted! as per a post on Facebook, we're at a campground outside of Rovaniemi on the river Ounasjoki on the arctic circle. A day off to do laundry and groceries and then visit a couple of museums in the big city! The timber industry and paper making are very big here. We saw a train loaded with pulp wood logs that seemed to go on forever!!!

Still meeting a few bike tourers headed to Nordkapp! We had our first real bout of headwinds, but in general the the riding here in Finland has been much more relaxed, not those big Norwegian climbs! Finland has been forests and lakes.
