I love to eat and here in Beijing there are so many choices. One of our favorite's of all time is hot pot and we go weekly (although I rarely eat from the hot side). When we want a cheap meal, we eat bao zi, little steamed breads filled with pork and veggies. We been known to have subway when we want to "eat fresh". Recently we went to a Mediterranean restaurant for Amanda's birthday and got to eat delicious salads, breads and hummus, a little belly dancing too! Some yummy pictures for ya!
I've lived and worked in China for over three years now. One year in Hunan province, two years in Beijing and now a year in Shanghai. I can't even describe how much I have learned and how much I have grown. I am currently working as a recruiter for EF English First in China.
