Biting off more than we could chew 12/11/2015



Well as you read last Saturday on our blog ''Too Rude" 07/11/2015, it was 7 years to the day when we left the UK for our new life in Australia and on Monday 09/11/2012 it was Gyspy's our number two camper trailers birthday, which we some amazing adventures with, well today its possibly the biggest celebration today 12^th November was the day when we finally arrived in Australia, bright eyes and bushy tailed, and somewhat in shock of what we had done, as the realisation was slowly sinking in, what was ringing in our ears was some people had said, you'll soon be back.

We had nothing to prove to anyone except we knew we needed an adventure and Australia was where we were going to get one, we just needed to make sure we hadn't bitten off more than we could chew, but the only way was forwards and together and that's the way it has been for seven years

We arrived in Brisbane and stayed a few nights in the Rydges in Southbank before we headed off and rented a holiday flat in Alexandre Headland on the Sunshine Coast, and I think within the first week we had purchased the Nissan Patrol, our first swag and a camper trailer and the rest they say is history.



And the story rolls on.

And what an adventure it has been - covered everything - not just in the travel sense. Appendix, strokes, hernias, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays etc. etc. etc.
