Hi everyone!

Sorry its been a while but we have been doing alot of driving and sightseeing! Our trip around the UK has just ended so we thought we would tell you all about it before we head off to Europe.

We started by picking up our little black car at the airport and headed up the east coast. We got to York the first night which was a very old city with beautiful buildings. We had dinner at the James's cafe and went on an open bus tour to learn some history.

The next day we crossed the border into Scotland and the temperature dropped but the scenery was beautiful. We searched for Nessie in Loch Ness but she was feeling very shy!

Next stop was Fort William which we liked so much we stayed for an extra night. We went on a cruise on the Loch, which was absolutely freezing, then climbed a mountain called Ben Nevis...on a gondola! But we did walk a bit further to the top with a few rests on the way.

The drive down to Stirling was gorgeous through Loch Lomond National Park and then we saw it.... the view of Stirling Castle with the Wallace monument. It was such a nice castle and the views were excellent. Rob Roy is also famous in these lands so we thought we would learn a little bit more about him and check out his grave (Waynes idea). Then back to England.
