Banana Plantation

Guayaquil is a busy hot city, every photo im in, i look like i have been at a four day festival in 40 degree heat with a red mac on! (for all you werchter followers out there). But just outside are beautiful beaches and a mass of banana plantations. I know i keep going on about this but banana really should be the local dish, i was doing a project on a farm the other day and the cows are even fed bananas, in giant troffs! The scenery is beautiful, there are mosquitos the size of dragon flies that you can hear coming a mile away. (Thanks Marti for the vit b tip, works a treat and i have sent for more supplies.) We took our first art lesson the other day, went really well, we had the kids playing stuck in the mud, a simple and easy game to explain, at the end of the lesson realised we were saying 'stuck in the elbow', no wonder they were a bit confused.
Everything is so exciting and different, its hard to take it all in especially the language, but we live, laugh and dream. Asta la proxima. x

Weasel themed dances.
Glad to hear the vit B is working. Forgot to mention that the side effects include stupid dancing and abnormal hand growth. Enjoy. We were talking about your dirty weasel dance t'other day. good to here from the two of you!!!!! well ok, there will be some weasel dance re-enactments just for the two of you!!!! i might even try and get a video for you, just so you can practice for when I get home!!!
