Here the report. It was an interesting weekend. It was great, because I didn’t have to do anything. No school, no work… Nothing to worry about. That was really good after the last weeks of studying. So, what did I do? Honestly, I didn’t party. I could feel that I get a cold. Friday night I spent a night at the beach. Me and some friends walked around and talked. I like the beach at night. It is nicer then during the day. Especially hwne we are talking about Waikiki. Saturday morning I did a short run at Niketown. At Niketown about fifty runners meet to run and afterwards to enjoy some fresh. It is always a good possibility to meet some people. It is on Wednesday at 6pm and on Saturday at 9 am. Every runner should join this event.
At home the first thing I did was taking a nap. After that I went with my new roommate Quinn. Oh, I forgot to tell you that. I have a new roommate. Quinn from Canada. She is from a very small town and she even lived in Germany for a while as a kid. But she cannot speak German at all. Which is fine. At least I am forced to speak English then. Ok, back to my weekend. I bought some medicine against my cold. I don’t want to be sick for the first race. I went to the natural food store. There they gave me some Chinese stuff. It is all natural, no drugs or anything. And it worked. Well, Jenny would say I got healthy because I went shopping with her. But I still believe it was the Chinese stuff. Yep, I went shopping. I had nothing to do so I went to Ala Moana with Jenny. This is like suicide for me. I really don’t like shopping. However, Jenny told me that she doesn’t look for clothes. And she was pretty good in that. Ala Moana is a hugh shopping center which is totally confusing. I always get lost there. Well, I had Jenny with me. She has been there often enough to find her way ;-)I took us hours. We went from Ala Moana to Wal Mart and then to CompUSA until we finally got everything. And I ate Sushi the first time in my life. It was surprisingly good! I really get into all this Asian stuff. It tastes good and it is mostly healthy and in addition cheap. Sounds perfect, doesn’t it?
When I got home I went to bed pretty soon. Yes, I know sounds boring. But a day shopping with Jenny makes you pretty tired.
Sunday was a great day. We had our team day. You saw some pics in the previous report. The whole team met and all we did was driving around, running and enjoying the beach. It was great. I really got to know my team members better. We went to Kailua which is one of the nicest beaches in Hawaii. I also tried some shaved ice. That’s a very famous kind of Ice in Hawaii. It’s like Wassereis (water ice). Actually, I can’t really describe the day. All I can say is that it was fun. Honestly, I mostly hung out with the guys. But this shouldn’t be a surprise for anybody who knows me.

shopping, shopping, shopping $$$
Great! Thanks Inga! I will make you a shoppaholic one day, just wait and see... ;o) By the way: I haven't been to Ala Moana that many times... I guess it's just my natural shopping instinct that tells me where to go ;o) Anyways, I'll see you after work and then we gotta find me a new friend...! See ya!

Yeah, it's confusing. I know on the mainland they are bigger. But still. It is hugh!!!
