Calm before the Storm

So it's the day before I leave. All the procrastination has now come back to bite me in the butt. I haven't finished packing and all those little errands to tie up loose ends are taking much longer than anticipated. I woke up yesterday and the first thing going through my head was "must solve laptop issue!" The airports have now changed the policy of the not allowing electronic items on board but with all the drama around security I thought I should leave my laptop at home anyway. Months ago I could of signed up for a loan computer from the school but that deadline has now long past. I called the number on the pamphlet and found myself talking to an IT company in England. In a funny conversation with Matt Knight (great name!) I found myself sounding more and more like a westcoast bimbo versus his sophisticated, accented speech. He helped me out and got me the loan laptop. YEAHH!

I love the name matt knight! he sounds like a rock star. I'm sure he's like 60 though. Can't tell with the accent, makes everyone sound so proper.
