Decicion on new motorhome. We travelled to Frankfurt and then further on with rental car to Aschback. Where the Concorde factory is. http//:concorde.eu We had searched mobile.de a long time and there were a couple of cars direct from the factory at good prices. On arriving the factory we where welcomed by Nils. We looked at a Carver 771, Carver 821M, the models for 2014 ready for the Düsseldorf exhebition in september, not yet priced. then we looked at Concorde Charisma 850L with almost everything of extras fitted just 6 weeks from birth, still warm and just 10km on the clock. We added a few extras and still had a accepting price. We agreed test drive of a similar car the next day. We tried to sum up over a good meal and in the heat of july 33C. The next day we had a tour of the factory, producing 600 cars a year and finishing 2 every day. Production time was 18 days. We made a test drive. Cathrine passed the driving test of the 7,5 ton car on the autobahn, further onto small roads a couple of roundabouts and back to the factory, I was almost not scared at all, Nils was calm all the time.Then there was not any more choices, we signed up and agreed to pick up the car late in september when our journey will start.
