Day 25
We left Springerville, AZ. at 5:50am and traveled 322 miles. Arrived here in Santa Fe at 7 o' clock this evening. The temperature was 50 degrees when we left this morning, so started out wearing long sleeved shirts and windbreakers. At New Mexico border. cars. We then drove to where the Balloon Fiesta is held in October each year. When we got to Santa Fe we found a Walmart store to get water, while there Mae saw the right back tire was flat. After putting on the spare I checked the flat tire for the cause of the flat, found a small wire or very small nail in tire. Tomorrow is Sunday so first chance I get next week, I'll get a patch put on.
