Hello!

Today has been a good day! We had part two of the lecture. We talked about the Irish Civil Rights Movement. We learned about Bloody Sunday and all that came from it. Bloody Sunday was a horrible day in Irish history. After our lecture we went to the Natural History Museum. The museum was huge!! It took us a couple of hours to go through it. We got to see many different things dealing with the history of Ireland. We got to try on old uniforms and see the old planes and tanks used by the military. It was really neat! I really enjoyed the museum! After that we went to Guinness. That was neat. They taught us how to brew beer. It is a cool process. They even let us taste the beer if we wanted to. I did not taste the beer. After the tour we went to the top of the building. We saw the coolest view! That was my favorite part of the tour. After Guinness a group of us went to the football match. I was so excited to get the experience of a football match in another country! It was amazing!! Ireland defeated the Faroe Islands 3-0! Robbie Keane scored a hat trick (for those who don't know that means he scored 3 goals) for Ireland. It was so awesome!! The game was my favorite part of the day. We rode a train to and from the game. That was fun as well. The people were excited about the game on the way to the stadium and even more excited on the way back. The game reminded me of Alabama football. Roll Tide!!
