Police ridePolice ridePolice ride

Yup, quite fancy rides for the police. Big train-station.
Got here around midnight and after some searching found a fairly priced hotel.

Spent all day just walking around, looking at all the sights. Personally I liked the colosseum the best, unfortunately we got there too late to enter. In the evening we went to the Trevi Fountain. Viking and Pri walked down to get a nice picture close to the water and immediately one of the guys selling roses came up to them. Pri being from Brazil and just recently coming back from our stop in Morocco very well know their tricks. This guy was persistent though and offered to take their picture on the edge of the fountain. He basically took the camera from Viking and put the entire bouquet of roses in Pri's hands all while she tried hard not to touch them. The guy finally got them to sit next to eachother and took some romantic pictures, gave the camera back and of course told Pri to keep three roses and Viking to pay 😊 They didn't pay of course and perhaps the guy was surprised to find Pri more then happy to shove the roses back in his arms...

Next day, today, sunday I left Viking and Pri to stay in Rome while they make a daytrip to Vesuvio and Pompei. I have lots to finish up here and don't feel the need to rush through another city in too little time just now.

We've after mature consideration given up on the idea to visit Greece too, there's simply not enough time. So instead we'll be on the same night-train to Venice tonight and after that going to Vienna. We hope to also see Prague before going to Berlin and the last train back home to Sweden.
