Finally, we are on our way. We left the house at 9:10AM. We were laughing and singing as we traveled along UNTIL our entrance door flew open! That wakes you up! Then it happened again! All this was around the Salamanca casino. I am sure it was not a sign for us to get out and gamble even though Cory wants to believe that. He stopped and now we couldn't get the door open...locked in. We finally got the door open, relocked plus a huge bungee cord now strapped to the door handle and inside of RV. I thought I was going to have to travel across USA holding onto the door and center consul. We are heading towards Columbus, Ohio and then to Nashville. The blue skies we started with are now black with pouring rain. BUT we are on our way.....hope you have joined us.
We used to live in the Western part of NY, close to PA border. Have been married 59 years. We have four fabulous children (Lory, Kim, Cory, Tim). They have given us nine terrific grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. All families live in N.Y. We are retired...Cory was VP of Human Resources...Sandy was an R.N. We now live in our 2008 Phaeton RV full time and are loving it! In 2012 we lost our beloved dog, Chip - our chocolate lab. He was our dear traveling companion. He was almost 13 years old. Welcome Aboard No stopping, no shopping...Cory's new motto. Unfortunately not too many sales on Interstate...can't even see a Wal-Mart. Lory is having her big sale today...hope the rain is with us and not her. Let Gayle know what we are up to, please.
