Pont du Gard, Bonbons, & Walking in Town

A sign that I thought was funny.
Genevieve: Today we went to the Pont du Gard, the Musee de Bonbons (the Haribo museum), and walked around Uzes, a small town in France. At the Pont du Gard, we saw the ancient Roman aqueduct, the river that it bridges (Gardon), and a museum about Roman engineering. At the Musee de Bonbons, we saw how the Haribo company started, the history of the owner, how the candy is made, the ingredients, the machinery, and of course we got free samples. In Uzes, we walked around the cute little town and saw lots of shops, bought ice cream and dinner (a rotisserie chicken). Unfortunately, I couldn't take many pictures because my camera battery died. I can get a new battery at a corner store though. You can see the few pictures I took today below.
