Yes, I did it! I managed to get my open water diving certificate! Well, it's not that hard (especially in Koh Tao, where dive schools exist in abundance!!), but I was a bit apprehensive about it at first! But once you get used to brathing under water, everything else comes naturally! And I had a good teacher, with just me and another Thai guy as students, so a lot of the time it was one- on- one teachings! Although I looked like a beached whale in the wetsuit, hehe.....but then again, who doesn't!? I'll leave the below pictures for you to judge by yourself, haha! 😉
