Arrived last night in Beijing and immediately went out to dinner at XIAO WANG'S HOME RESTAURANT. They have three different priced ducks, the more expensive it is, the less fat there is because it's cooked longer. We had the expensive duck ($35 USD). That was for a whole duck. I was really tired, can't remember everything we ordered. There was a beef dish in oil and peppers with bok choy, delicious. A very very SPICY chicken and pepper dish, a duck soup, bean sprouts...plenty of food. What can I say, another fabulous meal.

They cook the duck outside of the restaurant in a little brick building.
