Well the trip got off to a great start, my plane was delayed leaving burlington. This meant i didnt make the connection in DC, the next flight wasnt until the next morning and because it was cherry blossom season in DC there were no hotels availible so i spent the night in the airport.

At least I found a good spot to sleep, close to the esentials. So after sneaking into the British Airways Lounge to pocket some breakfast for the next day, I went to sleep for the night. Unfortunatly i picked a gate that had a plane leaving at 6am so it was really busy by 5am. After crusing round on my wheelchair for a bit i found a new bed at the gate my plane would be leaving from.

It was a relief to finally arrive in Vegas, and this was the face greeting me as i walked out onto the strip. Good to see that aussies are even on the back of american busses.

I went for a walk up and down the strip while mum was in a meeting and the following pictures are mainly of the hotels i saw.

I went for a walk around inside this place, it was huge. The pool complex was a forest with all heaps of interconected pools.

I had been told that while i was in Vegas I had to see the show out the front of Treasue Island. Unfortunatly the show was cancelled due to high winds but i got a picture of the boat.

Unfortunatly the fountains weren't running due to the wind, but the place still looked great.

There was even pokies in the airport. The trip to Vegas was great. After my flight home I did my java test and prepared for the trip to Boston that I was leaving on the next day. I'll have that blog up soon.
