Greetings!

Fran and Jess are sitting in a PC room down the road from Incheon airport. Today we finished packing up our stuff & throwing away the rest before leaving our apartment in HopyeongDong for the last time. Tonight we will stay in a hostel & tomorrow our long-awaited trip begins. It will give us a chance to explore and relax which is exactly what we need after a year in Korea. Some of you have an idea of what we are doing & others might not know much. Here is our current temporary itinerary:

*June 23rd - Fly out of Incheon 8am to Tokyo, Narita
*June 25th - Fly out of Narita to Hong Kong / Macau
*June 29th - Fly from Hong Kong to Bangkok

We'll probably spend a day or two in Bangkok getting settled and sorted for the next few countries. And then....

*(Thailand) Ayutthaya - Chiang Mai - Pai
*(Laos) Louang Phabang - Vang Vieng - Vientiene
*(Vietnam) Hanoi - Halong Bay - Hue - Hoi An - Nha Trang - Mui Ne - HCMC
*(Cambodia) Phnom Penh - Siem Reap
*(Back to Thailand) Bangkok - Ko Tao & other Islands along the gulf coast
*(Malaysia) Pulau - Penang(Georgetown) - Pulau Perhentian (Perhaps some other East Coast areas) - Kuala Lumpur - Melaka
*Singapore
*(Indonesia) - Yogyakarta - Borobudur - Prambanan - Denpassar (Bali for about 2 weeks going around the island) - Lombok/Gili Islands

From there Fran is looking into cheap airfare to make some stop-overs on our way back. Most likely Cairo to Istanbul and then Dubrovnik. Then we plan to head to the U.K. & after a bit there Jess will make her way to U.S. soil. We would like to keep the blogs going on our trip - at least with photos so that you can see what we've been up to.

those little apples and cherries stopped you going bananas, but now for some real life! Keep blogging - by the way we'd love to know how North Korea's spectacular last match was reported, but we'll probably never know...
