Arrived safely (with baggage!) in Port-au-Prince Thursday PM. Had some difficulty finding the person who was supposed to be picking me up and Airport Security wouldn't let me leave until a person with proper credentials arrived.
Visiting the refugee camp today. Internet connection is erratic so there may be may be brief communications or long lapses. Will keep John updated via cell phone.

I came across your Haiti post by accident but am curious to hear how it goes for you there. My friend was there for the earthquake and soon after was able to get back here to the US, but I'm interested to hear how things are going down there.
