Today has been another hot one, I'm really pleased with the weather so far as the weather check had forecasted rain for the rest of the holiday from Ho Chi Minh onwards but I haven't seen any so far. I don’t wanna get ahead of myself though as I have Thailand to go.

I woke up this morning in total darkness and very stiff, I have somehow managed to burn my feet and a crease under my arm put which is very sore. There was a power cut in the night and It wasn’t restored until 5pm so I have refrained from going into the bathroom as I think Cockroaches love the dark.

I had a steady breakfast and then took a trip across the road to Marble Mountain. The mountain has a steep climb and a number of caves on the way full of decorative shrines. These were quite funny as they appeared a little tacky (other then the stone gods) and I got hacked off with a woman who kept trying to be my tour guide. I spotted a snake slithering across the path at one point, I couldn’t say whether it was dangerous as I was too busy trying to get a picture but couldn’t get one in time.

After the mountains I headed back to have some dinner before hitting the beach again. There are a load of new guests that have arrived tonight so I expect that it's gonna be another hectic night again!

Yer missing trainers
We were so worried when we read that you had some trainers nicked but you seem quite happy since, so we are assuming that your feet weren't in them at the time. Keep up the great blogs mate Dad
