I had a really really really early night last night. I slept at 7:30pm... as soon as my head hit that pillow I totally zonked out... I was soooo exhausted... or it could have been the 2 beers I had... it totally knocked me out ..LOLzz...

Then I woke up at 4 this morning.. Wat Da!!!

Had a really interesting breakfast - first of all the restaurant got my breakfast wrong.... Oh but I didnt want to be that annoying customer.. and it wasnt so bad.. instead of getting scrambled eggs on toast I got French Toast instead... Something even better!!! I felt so sorry for the waiter coz I can tell he knew he got my order wrong but didnt know how to approach me so I just gave him a look "its okay" !!.. LOLzz

I shared a table with a very interesting couple from Canada, Dianne & Brian. They are missionaries and have built a few churches here in Cambodia and have done lots of humanitarium work. They're stories were amazing. One in particular about a 16year old girl that they saved from being trafficked to Malaysia. She was under the impression that she was going to Malaysia for a house keeping wrong but they found out that the "job agency" was not legit and that she would have been trafficked into the sex trade. So touching and inspirational.
They told me all the "must see" sights here and gave me some few tips on how to haggle. Apparently if a local vendor gives you a price and you accept it.. they see you as "stupid foreigner" ... ahahhahahahah.... so Brian says to the vendor "now if I pay you this, you will think I am stupid and I dont want you to think I'm stupid so give me a better price" .... Too Funny !!!.. I'm gonna try that.
This couple have 6 children, 24 grand children and 6 great grand children... WOW !!!

Then I met a Filipino lady, Thelma who works for Tear Fund New Zealand and she's here for 15days working with a local NGO. Also had an interesting conversation.

Wayne (Wat Opot founder) did highly recommend me to stay here at Golden Gate Hotel coz lots of NGO's people stay here and that I will meet lots of locals and foreigners and learn alot. His right, and its only been day 2. I'm excited to learn more... i feel like a sponge ... craving for more water and taking it all in.

Anyways its 0845hrs and my driver is picking me up at 0900 so I best be waiting for him at the lobby. Dont want to be one of my clients that are late for my pick up.!!!!

I hope there will be some internet cafes near the orphange so I can keep you guys in the know but if not then I'll be back in 10days.

Muah !!!
