Our final update:

We are now back to the States (after some very tiring travel!). Thank you again to everyone who helped support us; it was an amazing experience! Thank you also to those who have suggested medical possibilities in Arusha to help out the child we mentioned previously; we are following up on your suggestions. We are also sending out a few more emails following up on trying to secure additional food donations for the children.

It was a wonderful experience--we will definitely volunteer again in the future. We wanted you to know, however, that we could not have done it without your support. We are reminded of a quote from Mother Theresa hanging in the office at LOHADA: "What we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But if that drop was not in the ocean, I think the ocean would be less because of that missing drop." Thank you for being drops in the ocean!

Now that we have faster (and free) internet, we wanted to post more pictures for you all to see. Thank you again and enjoy the pictures!

Asante Sana!
Joe and Paola
