Trying to catch up with blog here are the last days in New Zealand... soon to being...SOUTH AMERICA!!!

Day47
20th October - Lake Taupo
Lake Taupo is New Zealand’s largest lake, at 606-sq km, also recognized as the trout fishing capital of the world (pointless information but hey!). We just had our usual chilled type of day, coffee and walking around.

Day 48
21st October - Lake Taupo
Today we went to visit the “Huka Falls” the Maori call it the Hukanui meaning Great Body of Spray. The power of the water at the falls is spectacular and a bit scary too! Unfortunately it started raining so we had to leave. Thats all we did today…

Day 49
22nd October- Lake Taupo to Rotorua
Today we decided to leave Taupo and move on to Rotorua, we left Taupo around 10 30 am and we were in Rotorua a couple hours later. We parked up in the city and went over to the I-site to see what different things there was to do here. We then went to “Capers” which is a nice café, where we had a coffee and cake (yum!). After that we went to check out the Polynesian Spa which has lots of natural hot mineral pools we plan to maybe go there tomorrow! After that we spent a good few hours looking for a good motor home as most seemed to be very expensive but had very bad facilities! We ended up finding one which was in front of Blue Lake, not really that blue but it was very pretty a little out of town.

Day 50
23rd October - Rotorua
We then went to the Polynesian Spa which was really great! The natural hot pools are amazing! There are different pools to choose from; which have different benefits. We definitely enjoyed our little afternoon of spa and then felt very very relaxed=)

Day 51
24th October- Rotorua
Today we started off by meeting one of Steve’s friends (Richard) at a coffee shop (Abracadabra). Richard then invited us over to his house to for a barbecue (yum yum) We spent the day there and then went off back to camp.

Day 52
25th October - Rotorua
Very lazy day today! Like very lazy=p

Day 53
26th October
Today was our last full day with Jucy, as we are giving her back tomorrow! We started the day by driving to Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland (meaning sacred waters) which is one of the most famous thermal reserves. With the famous Champagne Pool which actually is pretty cool! All the land around the park is pretty impressive as everywhere there is steam coming out of the ground, mud bubbling and puddles of water of all different colors! We walked around there for a few hours (counting the number of people with SLR cameras which is quite crazy!), we then drove back into town where we parked up and used some free internet for a while…We then went to the supermarket to stock up on dinner before returning to the campsite for our last night in our little Jucy!

Day 54
27th October
Last day with Jucy we drove back to Auckland where we put our stuff in the flat we got for two nights and then drove the jucy back to the Jucy office where we found out the exact millage we covered in New Zealand 8322 Km! Hell Yeah!!!!!

I miss New Zealand
I miss NZ and I haven't even been yet. Also, send a picture of Jucy at some point and if you feel like hearing your brother go to www.thiscypruslife.com -- it's a podcast I'm doing with Stef. Hope you like it. Otherwise, missing you loads but I can see you're having so much fun so I'll live.
