Madison IL to Sioux Falls SD

Well I made it to South Dakota!!! I drove for 600 miles on Friday and made it to Illinois. Up early Saturday to start it off and try to get as much traveling done as possible. Raining in St Louis and could not see the Arch. Finally cleared up and kept on and kept on going across MO. Made a stop in Council Bluffs IA to visit a riverboat casino. I left my $13 and left fairly quickly. Found out that the rest stops on the interstate in IA have wireless internet. When I finally made it to Sioux City IA, I found a Caribou Coffee!!! Good stuff not as good as Mooresville but pretty good. It almost made me feel like being in Statesville. I listened to Ace & TJ on a station out of MO and had Caribou to finish the day.

I finally hit SD and found out that the speed limit is 75 mph. That is scary fast at night in an unfamiliar place. I made it to Sioux Falls SD and crashed for the night. 1,300 miles in 2 days.
