Day 1.

Just a short boring note to let you all know we've made it safely to London and the weather is great!

A damp day in Moncton, with a forecast of rain through the week and into the weekend. Fog as thick as pea soup through the Cobequid pass, but it clears soon enough and traffic on a Tuesday night is light so we make great time. Once in Halifax, Curtis makes friends with airport security, see pic of the special attention he received. :P

We take off at midnight on time. This had to be the biggest non military plane I’ve even flown on (although a Herc may just beat it). I sat up near the front and Curtis is actually standing by his seat near the back in this pic.

We arrive in Gatewick at 10 am local time, 6am back home. We’ve only had a short nap on the plane, and it’s been a very long day, but the weather is great and we’re on vacation! Talk to you all soon when we’ve had a little sleep.
