6 + 1 Go Mad In Scotland

Well here we go again, 6+1 go mad in Scotland again!!!!!. This is the first trip of the year and we are soooooo looking forward to it, as we need to get out and about this year, having not gone to Asia.

Joining us this year is Frank, a fit energetic adventurer (what??), who is equally at home in the big outdoors, as he is in the local boozer..... (NOT!) Frank ("when is the next pub-stop") Suarez is joining the usual suspects this year myself (Angela), Dave, John, Sally, Nicky and Clive (our entertainments manager for reasons I am sure will come to light during the trip).

This adventure is the West Highland Way, in Scotland - 96 miles of outstanding countryside, hills and variable weather (just read on one of the weather websites that there is a possibility of snow! - great, just what we need!). But we are all ready and equipped for whatever weather is thrown at us and after the fabulous weather we had last year we're due for some bad. We will try to keep you updated during the week if we can get internet access, but if not we will update when we get to Gairlochy at the very end of our trip. We will then decend upon our good friends Nick and Heather and the continouus noise that is the lovely Sarah for a well needed rest at Gairlochy for three days. That is unless anyone has the bright idea of climbing Ben Nevis again.

We are looking forward to some more fishing lessons from Nick (hoping the midges behave this year) and some fine cuisine (as usual) from the "Pocket Rocket" (Heather) for the days we spend with them at Dalcomera. We'll try to stay away from Fort William town centre as we all had a little too much retail therapy last time.

Im not too sure i like the "continuous noise that is the lovely Sarah" bit thank you very much....... god you haven't even seen me yet!!!!! Hopefully will be able to pop up that weekend to at least see you saturday night, Sar x
