Instead of writing another long winded blog, I thought this might be a great time to let the pictures speak for themselves. We drove around the island today, making very sharp turns and stopped at anything that looked interesting. Surprise, surprise...we hit up most of the nurseries on the island. I guess you know you really love what you do for a living, when you do the same thing on holiday. We were hoping to find names of plants we hadn't been able to identify yet, but along with prices, that was non existent. We did hit up our first 7-11 for a cool beverage and saw some of the strangest products available. You're in luck, I took pictures, I can't believe I uploaded all these, holy cow that took an hour! Well, enjoy! This will be one of the few times you don't have to sort thru all my rambles to get to the good stuff.

Plant ID
Per William, the white spidery plant is the Peruvian Daffodil...Hymanocallis. Seems to have thicker foliage, but I'm not sure. Also, thanks William...the photo with all the red flowers he thinks it's a Heliconia.
