Long way up here, but got the view of the whole city.
Well, Trevs forced me on to the computer and is making me write stuff! Dam it i was quite happy chilling out on our hostels roof garden topping up my tan!
Left Trev on the 6th with strict instructions that he had to buy a bus ticket to Sydney and that he wasn't alllowed to get drunk and naked with Dave and Paul. Well, he managed one of them and whoever knows Dave and Paul you know which one it is!
Got into Melbourne city, first time on my own so was a bit apprehensive but what a fantastic place. Walked round the city, went to the Fitzroy Gardens, Captains Cooks Cottage, The Rialto Tower and the immigration Museum. I didn't really know what to do then as it was quite late so went back to my hostel. Needn't have worried because as soon as i walked in there, i was invited down the pub, yeay! After a few Pots we ended up going to another bar/club where i bumped into a girl called Nadine who lives in St Marys Bay and was a year below me at both Dymchrch primary and Southlands! She knew who i was (apparently my name

proceeds me) and i kinda recognised her. Small world doesn't quite sum it up.
I flew to Tazmania the next day, luckily in the afternoon, as i was feeling a little "special". Mish picked me up, so nice to see a familar face. We then drove 2 and a half hours to his house. When he told me it was in the middle of the bush i thought it would be just outside a town. How wrong was I! The nearest shop was an hour drive away, his nearset neighbour is a 20 min drive and his driveway is bout a mile long!
The scenary was amazing and the house (or Taz shack as they call them) was so nice. The weather wasn't great (felt like i was at home again) but we had a BBQ on sunday when it was quite sunny. Met loads of Mish's friends who were all really nice and telling me stories bout living in Taz. Spent the next day chilling and reading, but did manage to get up to chop fire wood. Hard work and I only managed 1 piece! The next day we went to Mount Fields National Park to a waterfall called

Russell Falls. It was right in the middle of a rainforest and was so beautiful. We stayed in Hobart that night (thanx Kay) as i had an early flight in the morning. Said goodbye to Mish (thanx so much for everything and I'll see you in July) and flew to Sydney to hopefully meet Trev.
We'll prob do another blog together soon but been doing loads so havn't had the chance yet.
