Where have you been, what've you been doing?

i know its been a while. To tell you the truth though in the five months that i have been here i really haven't done too much interesting stuff. That has mostly been due to complications with my student loans as well as an overall lack of funds, but now that the summer is upon us in the southern hemisphere and i have been working to save a little bit of money I will finally be able to explore a little bit of my new home. This last week i finally got a chance to check out The great ocean road and it lived up to its reputation. I really enjoyed the drive, even though i got a little carsick due to the snake like path of the road. Also got to play a little golf which was both fun and frustrating at the same time. Went to bells beach and got to see where johnnie utah let bodie go to ride the storm of the century. Still love point break. Also got to see my first wild koala which was cool as well as a few kangaroos that we followed around in the car for a while. All and all the first semester at school was a success where i finished with an A and 3 B's which i am proud of. I have also been working on the weekends at a bar in Melbourne to earn enough money to keep me from going homeless, I like it and i get paid reasonably well. Will be staying in a hostel for the next month before heading back to Thailand in Jan to meet up with Mike David and Murph which will only lead to hi jinks of the highest quality as well as numerous quotes from Superbad and Will Ferrell movies. Can't wait. Will do my best to stay more up to date in the coming weeks as i will be trying to see more of Victoria and taking more photos. till then.
