It has been 2 weeks since we arrived in Greece. You know you are in Greece when you see the large poster for Camel cigarettes on a wall at Athen's Airport. There is a photo of Michael standing in front of it. The other photos are of surrounds around Perea, about 25 km from Thessalonika, Greece's second largest city after Athens. It has been an extended autumn, without serious winter rains or cold weather yet.

Blue Gourds
I don't know why they are blue- the old man who owed the house offered me some gourd seeds, but I declined. There is a house close by with red gourds, but must get a photo of that. Cheers Gwen
