Railay Beach

Yesterday was a bad day for me, Chris. We woke up early that morning and I was not feeling to good. My feet were so sore from all the cuts and I had a headache and a fever. Determined to make the most of the morning, we went for a walk around the beach. It is amazing, the tide was high so the water comes right up to the wall of all the shops. The cliffs and islands around are also a amazing sight. We walked to the West side of the point. When you walk from East to West beach, you walk under a sort of cave on the left, the formation is so amazing. At times it looks like the rock will fall any time now. So when you get to the West side, there is a cave on the beach which has a shrine for fertility. It is full of statues caeved from wood and stone carved as penis's, hundreds of them!
Now my fever was sky high and I was feeling delerious, so we head back. We stoped at a chemist and luckly got antibiotics. I went straight to bed and Linda spent the day by the pool, which is green!
So a pretty unproductive day for the both of us.
This morning was a lot better. No fever and I woke up very early so decided to go for a walk because Linda wanted to sleep in. I walked back to the West side and watched the sun rise. Next thing I hear the trees shake, thinking it is a rock slide. I get a bit scared as I am the only one there. As it turned out, it was a troop of monkeys playing around. Not feeling overly safe by myself, I decide to leave.
I got back to the room and Linda was ready for breakfast. Next we went back to the West beach to swim and relax. Very excited to be able to swim, as my cuts are almost better, I jump in the sea and decide to explore the rocky cliff and all its caves and channels. As luck would have it, I find a amazing gap in the cliff to explore some new caves. As I swim through the small gap in the rocks, I kick a bit, no idea why, I kick a fricking rock and now cut the under side of my toe. When I get out there is blood all over. Now i'm pissed off, more damage to my feet, like I need more. Anyway, I swim back to Linda and show her. Not very impressed! So we head back to the room to clean it up, again!
We managed to find another resort with a clean pool, so we will be moving there tomorrow and also cheaper!
That was pretty much it for now.
