Things I love about Korea

- There are no laws against dowloading; movies, music, games and software
- Bread here is squishy soft and cheap
- Currency is about 1000 to 1, and that makes me feel rich
- Floors are heated
- Chopsticks improve fine-motor skills and make you eat slower.
- Bowing looks 10 times cooler than waving at someone well at least here.
- Free bar food can consist of anything from peanuts to fruit loops to squid
- Tax and tip are included on everthing.
- Eating out is cheaper than grocery shopping
- Food is shared at a table
- Cellphone plans can be as cheap as $10 a month
- Buses and the subway are cheap and ridiculously convenient
- Taxis are cheap for a group going a short distance
- Safety, general lack of violence.
- Money. There's enough of it to pay for what we need and save.
- Adventure.
- Affordable living

Things I hate

- Korean law in 2008 is equivilant to American law in 1950
- the fact that school jobs work you to death
- Meals are served while sitting on the floor
- Men get so wasted they pass out anywhere they want
- Kimchi is officially become nasty expecially kimchi farts!
- Mopeds are prevalent everywhere and drive wherever they want
- Ridiculously gianormous bees
- The garbage system (you have to buy special government garbage bags that are terribly expensive)
- The humidity
- The fact that my friends and parents are halfway across the world
- Korean television (after a while it drives me crazy)
- Squatters (honestly this is the 21st century, you really think they'd graduate to toilets.)
