Steph was my outreach leader from DTS. We called her "mamma"! It was mamma's going away dinner.
Hello all. How are all my good and dear friends keeping? I am doing swell thank you, other than the fact that there hasn't been any swell in Maui for like a month, and the only waves i have seen are from people across the street saying hi....Other than that i have had a pretty super week. Our lecturer this week is our base director, Tom. He is a serious legend. He knows almos everything, but is the humblest guy on earth. We learnt a ton. We have two weeks left now. This week the work load in terms of reading has dropped drastically which has been nice. It has given us a chance to breath, and spend more time in thought, prayer, and hanging out with each other. We still have had work, but it hasn't been as much. We did a rad assigment assignment this week. We had to interview someone about what they believe, this is made especially fun when you talk to people in the super hippie town of Paia. It went well though. People have some sriously interesting beliefs, and it is interesting how many people are hurt from the church, or have such misconceptions about

what it means to be a Christian. Anyway, all in all it was a good week.

So the EXCITING NEWS. Nat and i have been doing some praying about an outreach and we feel God is wanting us to come back home and do an outreach to Westville Presby. We really were seeking God on this as we wanted to do what He wanted and not what our desires were. We asked God to confirm through a bunch of things and people and He has. So we are fully excited. We have been chatting to the Pastor himself, Niek Wit, and are looking forward to what God has in store. Our heart is just to offer our time to Westville Presby, the staff and the people and serve them in whatever God leads us too. Nat and I have been bouncing some ideas around and sharing them with Niek. We are really excited about this opportunity and can't wait to do ministry together.

I get home on the 8th of July, which is super soon, and Nat will come a few days later, she hasn't booked her ticket yet. I can't wait to see everyone and eat good home cooked food. Please could we ask you to come around us in prayer as we pray for this time up ahead. Some prayer points are: 1. Clarity on what our time in South Africa looks like, 2. God's hand over all the practical aspects of getting to South Africa and all that stuff, 3. That God's hand would be in all we do, 4. That we, although looking forward, will still remain focussed on what God is doing in us here at SBFM, 5. Finances for Nat's flight and our time in S.A., 6. Protection for us against the enemy in trying to get in the way.

I have two more weeks of lectures and then will be on a plane home. I miss you all and am praying for you. Much Love and God bless, sean.
