Last week Emma came to visit me! We had an awesome time, of course I first showed her all the good stuff in Dunedin - the Octagon, university terrain, botanic gardens and Baldwin street. We also went horse riding with the same organisation I had been with before, only this time we did a beach ride. It was incredible, the weather was amazing, the sights were absolutely stunning and the horses were very beautiful and very very quick! We did what every little girl who starts horse riding dreams of: we galloped on an empty, gorgeous beach, only the two of us. It was just awesome...
Right after we got back from this amazing experience, we had a quick shower and were on the road again, this time to Queenstown! Sam, Sayaka (my flatmates), Emma and I had planned a weekend away to the party-town on the South Island. We rent a car and drove up there, relaxed, shopped (too much!) and went out Saturday night. Emma and I went up in the gondolier for a great view of Queenstown, and went down the mountain again in a sort of bobsled ride, which was pretty cool! The next day we
chilled a bit in the sun before driving back to cloudy Dunedin, all in all it was a very relaxing and fun weekend away! Unfortunately, this morning Emma left again 😞 I’ll miss her, we had such good times! But work calls... I’m going to try to get as much as possible done the coming two weeks, cause after that I’m going to Sydney already! I know... I’m a little overbooked, but so lucky to be able to see and do all those incredible things! Okay, back to work now!
