Holy S%*t....Holy S%*t....Holy S%*t....

there she goes!... Smile Pauline!
At 9.00am this morning we jumped out of a plane at 12,000ft. What a wake up call! It was absolutely fantastic and a real adrenalin rush - once we got past the initial 'oh my god what the hell are we doing!!!' phase.

I was first on the plane which inevitably meant last out so had to watch the plane empty before my eyes before it was my turn to throw myself out. Pauline was last in which (fortunately she says) meant she was first out!

At 12,000ft, feet dangling over the edge, a stranger strapped to your back its hard to force a smile before you plummit down, but thats what had to be done. Once in the air the g-force on the cheeks is comically painful (as is the harness round the manhood) but all that pails into significance as the 45 second freefall takes place. Once the man releases the parachute its an altogether more relaxed experience and the views are second to none. After 4 days of rain, we were really lucky to be up and away first time. As you approach the ground the 'tandem master' takes you for a bit of a spin which is really cool, if not sickening (and more painful on the manhood) before approaching the ground at speed and landing on the ground... sweeeeeet ground.

Pauline got the dvd, photo's etc to prove that she did it and i just have squashed nuts - no photo's of those.
