Penang to Langkawi

Ok, Penang Island/Georgetown.

Cool place. Loved it. Enjoyed the slow pace and the vibe. Food was nice. Good roti with curry for breakfast there! Night food stalls more of a disappointment but all good. Had a nice chill out time there, sat on a brick wall on the ocean for a bit and decided to book a ferry to Langkawi for the next day.

In Langkawi we had some of the spiciest food yet. But not the spiciest... Hired a scooter for a day and drove around the island. Hiked up about a million stairs to get to the Seven Well Waterfall but were little impressed. It's funny how we always end up walking a million steps or going on hiking trips cuz we listen to someone talk about the place and we are less than prepared... thongs are not the best shoes to wear on adventures like these...

First swim in the ocean n Langkawi though! Nice... but I got eaten by sea lice... ouch, not the best feeling
