Our final stop in the US, mostly for the purpose of catching the plane to Sydney. We stayed in a Hostel called the 'Cotel' on Venice Beach. The location was good but the Hostel was bad with it's dodgy plumbing banging all night and keeping us awake.

To recover from the nights we took it pretty easy in LA lying on the beach, sitting in cafes in Santa Monica and occasionally making the effort to actually do something like go roller blading along the sea front with the beautiful people. Sara was very pleased with herself being the better skater.

We met up with Adam ( ex colleague ) a couple of times who was out there working on a Sony Pictures motion capture shoot. We took a quick tour of the studio and saw my code doing its job before going to a restaurant with a very serious portion control problem.

That was it for the States then so we headed off for Australia.

I wonder what the not so beautiful people look like then!!!! I have just been with lots of beautiful people at a health spa! But it was a wonderful break.
