Brisbane is a nice city, dispite what some people had told me 😊
First day
Came with bus and checked into hostel and even if I thought I would just relax and take it easy all day I ended up walking around the city with Eveline whom I met before in Noosa and saw most of Brisbane's sights already the first day 😊
2nd day
Went to the Koala sanctuary which had about 130 koalas, heaps of kangaroos, snakes, turtles, cassowary, emus and other indiginous animals. My camera went hot for a long time trying to get the best angles and zooms of all the cuddly fuzzy animals 😊
It was nice to be able to get close to the kangaroos and feed them until I got robbed by a brush fowl who grabbed the food bag from my hand and ran away! Where are the park guards when you need them?
3rd day
Went cruising on the river boat that works just like a bus. Bought a ticket for for zone 2 which ment the whole river and then just went all the way to one end and then all the way to then other end and
jumped off where we started. Took about 2 hours so worth the money.
4th day -
Shopping and buying some hard to find books by Isaac Asimov in the "Foundation" saga in a used book store that has more then 1 million books 😊
